Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states except where hemp or CBD products are prohibited. It is your responsibility to know your local and state laws before placing an order. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

⚠️ Due to state or local restrictions, we may not ship to: Idaho, South Dakota,

Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island or any other location where hemp-derived products are banned.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) Where applicable 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Notify us at admin@phenoboyz.com, and we’ll assist as best we can

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state hemp laws, we cannot ship products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids to certain jurisdictions. All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates state or federal laws.
